老年男性增龄与骨密度、钙调节激素的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨老年男性增龄与骨密度(BMD)和钙调节激素的关系。方法85名老年男性按年龄分为两组,A组(60-69岁)32例、B组(〉70岁)53例。常规测定L2-L4、股骨颈(Neck)、大转子(Troch)、Ward's区的骨密度,静脉血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、降钙紊(CT)骨钙素(BGP)和血清钙(Ca)磷(P)。结果随着增龄,BMD逐渐下降,B组的BMD较A组明显减低(P〈0.05),Ward’s的BMD下降最明显(P〈0.01),两组腰椎L2-L4的BMD值无显著变化。血钙调激素:B组与A组比较PTH明显升高(P〈0.05)。BGP明显减低(P〈0.05),CT下降更为显著(P〈0.01)。结论老年男性随着增龄,BMD下降,PTH增高,BGP和CT下降。提示,老年男性骨质疏松的发病与年龄和钙调激素的异常有明显关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between aging and bone mineral density(BMD) as well as related calcium modulator hormone in aged men. Methods 85 aged men were divided into group A (32 cases, 60-69 years old)and B( 53 cases, 〉 70 years old). The bone mineral density in L2-L4, femoral neck, greater trochanter and Ward's area as well as the levels of serum parathyroid hormone, calcitonin, osteocalcin, calcium and phosphorum was measured. Results BMD in the femoral neck, greater trochanter (P〈0.05) and Ward's area (P〈0.01 ) in group B was lower than that in group A, but there was no significant difference in L2-L4 between the two groups. Calcitonin ( P 〈 0.01 ) and osteocalcin ( P 〈 0.05 ) were lower, parathyroid hormone (P 〈 0.05) was higher in group B than group A. Conclusion BMD, calcitonin and osteocalcin are substantially reduced, and parathyroid hormone obviously elevates with aging in aged men, suggesting that aging and abnormality of calcium modulator hormone may play a role in pathogenesis of osteoporosis.
