摘要
目的初步了解8～10岁儿童抑郁症状的发生率。方法使用儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)对长沙市普通小学209名8～10岁的学生,男107名,女102名;平均年龄(8.73±0.92)岁,进行抑郁现状调查。由小学生填写DSRSC,由父母填写Achenbach儿童行为评定量表(CBCL)。结果抑郁症状阳性者85名(男生46名,女生39名),占总人数的40.67%,伴CBCL行为总分增高者16名(18.82%)。结论儿童抑郁症状在儿童青少年中存在较普遍,应引起重视。
Objective To understand the prevalence of depressive symptoms in Chinese children. Methods 209 pupils （ 107 boys and 102 girls） from an elementary school in Changsha city with the mean age [ （8-73±0. 92） years ] eompleted the 18-item version of DSRSC, Their parents completed Achenbaeh Chiht Behavior Checklist（CBCL）. Results 85 pupils with a total score were higher than eut-off point of DSRSC, The positive rate was 40, 67%. The children with problems were,18.82%. Conclusion The depressive symptoms were found frequently in elementary school children.
