对纱线反复络筒的毛羽研究

摘要 毛羽是衡量纱线的重要指标之一,它产生于细纱工序,主要增长于络筒工序。本文通过对棉纱、腈纶和两种不同捻度的毛纱进行反复的络筒实验,摸索络筒次数和络筒方向对筒子纱线毛羽的影响,发现了一定的变化规律,研究结果对有效地控制纱线毛羽有一定的借鉴作用。 Hairiness is one of the important indexes of indicating the quality of yarn, which was originated in the spinning process and increased in the winding process, In this article, through repeatedly experimenting on the cotton yarn, acrylic yarn and two kinds of wool yarns with different twists, we explored the influence of winding times and direction on yarn hairiness and found out certain rules. It has been turned out that research results are of some beneficial to controlling yarn hairiness effectively,
