断指再植术后的综合康复疗效观察

Effect of early systematic rehabilitation on the functional recovery in patients after replantation of severed digit

目的探讨早期综合康复治疗对断指再植术后患者功能恢复方面的效果。方法对21例断指再植者进行系统综合的康复训练,最早由术后2周介入康复治疗,全部病例术后行康复训练超过2个月,分别采用总活动度测定(TAM)法和两点辨别觉(2-PD)进行评估,后期对21例患者出院后的工作情况进行跟踪和调查。结果运动功能和感觉功能总有效率分别占92·3%、88·5%;19例患者恢复原工作,2例更换轻工作。结论早期系统的康复治疗有助于断指再植术后患者的手功能和职业能力的康复。

Objective To observe the effect of early systemic rehabilitation trainings on the function recovery in patients after replantation of severed digit. Methods 21 patients were planned systemic rehabilitation trainings more than 2 months after operation. Total Active Measurement （TAM） and Two Points Distance （2-PD） were used for the assessment of motor and sensory function. Employment situation were also followed up after being discharged from hospital. Results The omni-effieiency of motor and sensory function of the 21 eases was 92.3% and 88.5%. 19 eases of them returned to the original work, 2 eases changed another work. Conclusion The early systemic rehabilitation trainings are very useful for the hands function and vacation ability of the patients after replantation of severed digit.
