摘要
目的探讨高职高专学生的完美主义与心理健康的关系。方法用Frost多维完美主义量表(MPS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对262名高职高专学生进行测量。结果高职高专学生的完美主义与心理健康在总体上呈显著负相关(r=O.300,P<0.01),大多数维度之间在0.01显著性水平上呈负相关。结论高职高专学生的完美主义对心理健康存在一定程度的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship of perfectionism and mental health among students in high technical college. Methods 262 students in high technical college were investigated using Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and Symptom Checklist-90. Results There was a significant negative correlation between perfeetionism and mental health （ r = 0.300, p〈0.01）, which also existed between most of the dimensions （p〈0.01）. Conclusions Perfectionism has an influence on mental health to some extent.
