摘要 目的在建构主义教育理论指导下,强化临床护理实践教学,培养实用型护理人才。方法采取院校合作的模式,在教学中创设多种教学情景,并且实施带教导师制和临床考核制。结果促进了学生的自主发展,学生的综合能力和素质得到提高,收到了令人满意的效果。结论临床护理实践教学是护理教学中理论联系实际的重要环节,是提高教学质量,培养合格护理人才的重要途径。 Objective Under the direction of constructive educational theory, Strengthening the practical teaching in climcal nursing. Cultivate usetul and talenteo nursing person, Methods Adopting the pattern of cooperation between the college and the hospital, setting up various living plots in teaching. Carrying out the system of tutors' guidance and clinical evaluation. Results Having promoted the developing of the students's independence development. Raising their comprehensive abilities and qualities, received satisfying results. Conclusions Practical teaching in clinical nursing is important path to llnk up theory with practice, and also the necessary way to promote the teaching quality and cultivate the standard nurse.
