老年病房护士对死亡的态度与其个人经历的关系

Relationship between the nurse's attitude to death and their experience in the geriatric wards

目的了解老年病房护士对待死亡的态度及个人死亡观,为临终关怀教育和开展临终关怀服务提供资料和依据。方法以老年病房临床护士为对象,进行关于死亡态度及个人死亡观的问卷调查。结果护士对个人死亡及濒死的态度有较正确的认识,得分为(3.79±0.59)分,大专及以上学历、从事老年护理工作≥10年及护理临终病人≥10例者对死亡的认知相对较好。结论应在专门从事老年护理的人员中大力开展死亡和临终关怀的教育,提高老年专科护士的死亡哲学和死亡医学水平,促进临终关怀服务的发展。

Objective To mvestigate the attttude to death anti death phtlosophy of the nurses m the geriatric wards, and provide some data and information for dying concern education and service. Methods Questionnaire about the attitude to death and death philosophy was applied among nurses in the geriatric wards. Results Most of nurses had correct cognition about death and closing to death （cores 3. 795±0.59） ,especially the nurses with higher cultural degree, duration of engaging in the elderly nursing more than 10 years and caring over 10 dying patients. Conclusions The education about death and dying concern should be widely carried out among the nurses in geriatric ward, in order to improve knowledge of death philosophy and medicine of the nurses in the geriatric wards and develop the service of dying concern.
