摘要
目的评价2型糖尿病(DM)患者对脂代谢异常防治知识的了解状况,探讨教育在防治血脂异常知识中的作用。方法采用问卷调查法,评估对100例DM患者在教育前、后对DM合并血脂异常知识的掌握状况。结果60%以上的患者有脂代谢异常、腰围超标,患者对低脂饮食了解甚少,不知道总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的控制目标,对于调脂药物的知识几乎不了解。教育后患者对相关知识的掌握明显提高,P<0.01。结论要重视和加强脂代谢异常相关知识的教育,提倡在减重的基础上早期合理使用调脂治疗。
Objective To evaluate the knowledge on metabolic abnormality of lipid of patients with diabetes mellitus（DM） and explore the function of health education in preventing metabolic abnormality of lipid. Methods 100 patients with DM were investigated about their knowledge of metabolic abnormal ity of lipid by questionnaires before and after health education. Results 60% of the patients suffered metabolic abnormality of lipid and substandard waist round. They lacked the knowledge on low-- lipid dietary and did not know the control goal of T--ehol, TG, HDL, LDL as well as antillpemies. After receiving health education, the patients＇ knowledge on that were promoted obviously （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions Health education on metabolic abnormality of lipid should be strengthened. Antilipemies should be used early on the base of the patient＇s weight loss.
