摘要
目的探讨高钠透析液治疗血液透析中低血压的作用及护理方法。方法对10例96次维持性血液透析的低血压患者进行高钠透析液透析治疗,并采取相应的护理措施。结果在血液透析治疗期间,通过调整钠浓度,避免了透析中的低血压和心血管的不稳定性,使血液透析顺利进行。结论对维持性血液透析患者根椐个体差异实时调整钠浓度,在透析治疗中保持血压稳定,是一种安全的降低血液透析低血压发生的有效方法。提高了患者的生存质量和延长其生存寿命。
Objective To study the effect and nursing of high sodium dialysate in treating hypo tension during hemodialysis. Methods 10 patients（96 times） who received maintain dialysis and suffered hypotension were treated by high sodium dialysate during the dialyses and proper nursing care had been given for them at the same time, Results Hypotension and cardiovascular events had been avoided by adjusting the sodium concentration of dislysate during hemodialysis. Conclusions It is effective and safe to control hypotension of patients with maintain dialysis by adjusting the sodium concentration of dislysate during hemodialysis according to the individual difference. It can improve patients＇ quality of life and prolong their survival time markedly.
