摘要
本文综合分析企业在物流业务自营还是外包的各种影响因素,提出利用力场分析法对各种因素进行分析,并在专家意见基础上将各个因素量化,从而作出决策。
This paper analyses various factors which influence the logistics business self-run or outsourcing, puts forward the field of force analysis method to analyse the various factors and reaches a Conclusion on the foundation of expert opinion.
