红景天是一种珍稀药用植物,也是一种很有发展前途的新食品资源。阐述了红景天的生物学特性、有效成分、保健功能及毒性研究和保健饮料的开发研究等,并对红景天的进一步研究进行了展望。

As a rare medicinal plant, Rhodiola rosea L. is also a highly potential new ingredient for food. In the paper, the biological properties, effective components and healthcare functions of Rhodiola rosea L. are introduced, the studies on its toxicity and the development of health drinks from it are described, and the further researches on it forecasted.
