摘要
介绍了以葛根、葛花、枳椇子等几种中草药为主要原料,研制出一种全天然解酒保健饮料,优选出几种中草药的最佳组方和饮料的最佳配方,并对饮料的解酒功能进行了动物实验。
All-natural anti-alcoholism peverages wero successfully made from Pueraria Iobata （Willd） ohwi, Flower Pueraria and Hovenia dulcis as the major materials, The optimum recipes of the medicinal herbs and formulas for the beverages were determined, and their anti-alcoholism functions were tested through animal experiments.
