摘要
从电解液流动角度出发,阐述了边界层的分离现象,建立了边界层方程;从影响边界层因素出发,解释了脉冲电化学光整加工能有效地克服边界层的分离,改善了光整加工过程的稳定性,提高了加工精度。
From the point of view of electrolyte flowing, the abruption of boundary layer is introduced and the boundary layer equation is set up. From the factor that effect the boundary layer, the theory is explained that pulse electrochemical finishing can be available to overcome the abruption of boundary layer and improve the machining process stability to enhance the precision.
