Architecture design is an important step of C^4 ISR top design, architecture design includes a series of associated basic products and support products, which are provided to the users with graph, text and table. The decision needs some special design tools. The architecture design tools and environment are developed according to the design requirements and architecture products＇ characteristics, which realizes the sharing of design results, supports cooperative design, and keeps the consistency of architecture design.
