摘要
针对装备备件保障中存在的配置不合理问题,提出了一种基于仿真和遗传算法的备件配置优化算法。该算法采用仿真方法建立装备使用可用度模型,并利用遗传算法实现备件的优化,实现了在满足备件保障费用约束的前提下,使装备使用可用度达到最大。给出了应用该方法的具体步骤,并通过举例验证了算法的有效性。
Aim at the unreasonable deploying of spare parts in equipment support, an optimizing arithmetic is put forward based on simulation and genetic algorithm. The model of equipments operational availability is built by simulation and optimization is realized using genetic algorithm. Operational availability of equipment can be maximized using this arithmetic while meets the limitation of spare parts cost. The process is given using this arithmetic, and the efficiency is validated through an example.
