摘要
为开发超临界流体从天然植物中萃取有效成分的传质理论模型,本文对其过程的传质机理进行了分析,由微分质量衡算方程经合理简化得到了动力学模型的解析解。采用此数学模型计算了完全萃取时间te、萃取收率Y随时间t的变化以及原料粒度dp对萃取收率Y的影响,计算结果与文献中的实验数据吻合良好。本模型可用于从天然植物中超临界流体萃取有效成分过程的预测、分析、设计和优化。
In order to obtain the theoretical mass transfer model in the process of extracting effective ingredients from natural plant by Supercritical Fluid, the mass transfer mechanism was analyzed and the analytical solution of the dynamic model of Supercritical Fluid Extraction was deduced through rational simplifying the differential mass balance equations. The complete extraction time, extraction yield as a function of time and the influence of the diameter of solid material on the extraction yield were calculated by the model and the results of computation fit well with the experimental data of literature. This model can be used to analyze, predict, design and optimize the process of extracting effective ingredients from natural plant by Supereritical Fluid.
