摘要
为了完成汽车ABS系统的性能测试,依据相关标准,研制了以LabVIEW7.1为软件开发环境,USB八通道同步数据采集卡为硬件基础的MAC-1型汽车ABS测试仪。实现了八个通道同步的时域波形记录,具备车速、轮速记录仪,滑移率-时间记录仪等测试功能。与车辆传感器进行联调,取得可信的实验数据。
To test the performance of ABS system of automobile, and according to relative standards, MAC-1 ABS test system was developed. LabVIEW7.1 was used as software development en- vironment and an eight-channel synchronous USB data acquisition card was used as DAQ. It has the capability to record eight-channel waveforms in time domain synchronously, which makes it easier to test auto-speed, wheel speed and slip rate-time logger. Debugging with automobile sensors, reliable experiment data was obtained.
