摘要
为了适应较大功率DC/DC变流器的需要,提出了一种改进型的零电流转换-脉宽调制(ZeroCurrentTransitionPulseWidthModulation,ZCT-PWM)Boost变流器。通过在电路中增加两个辅助开关管和两个小电感,运用简单的控制策略,不仅实现了变流器主管和两个辅管的ZCT,主管和辅管的电流应力较传统的零电流开关(ZeroCurrentSwith,ZCS)电路有明显减小,有效地减小了导通损耗,同时也实现了输出二极管的软换流,解决了二极管反向恢复的问题。文中将详细分析该变流器的工作原理,并通过实验结果验证理论分析。
For high power DC/DC applications,an improved Zero-Current-Transition (ZCT) PWM Boost converter is proposed.Two auxiliary switches and two small inductors are added in the ZCT circuit.With a simple control strategy,both the main switch and the auxiliary switches can achieve ZCT,so that the current stresses of the switches can be reduced, and the conduction loss is reduced.Furthermore, the output rectifier can achieve soft commutation;which can solve the recovery problem of the output diode.The operation principle is described in detail, and the experimental results verify the theoretical analysis.
