摘要
分析了正反激式电压调节模块(VoltageRegulationModule,VRM)的工作原理,特别指出:其初级两个开关管和次级同步整流管的均能在零电压下开通,从而提高了变流器的效率。最后给出了一个48V直流输入,1V/50W输出的实验VRM电路模型。实验表明,在满载情况下,实验效率达到75.5%,证明了分析的正确性。
This paper provides a complete steady-state analysis of the forward-flyback single-stage Voltage Regulation Module (VRM).In particular,the primary-side switches and secondary-side synchronous rectifiers could be turned on at zero-voltage.A prototype of 48V input, 1V/50W output is built up, experimental efficiency reach as high as 75. 5% at full load condition, and the experimental results verify the analysis above.
