摘要
为降低中小功率薄膜表面处理电源成本,提出了一种基于移相全桥脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制方式的塑料薄膜表面处理电源,在中小功率应用场合可取代传统调压方式的薄膜表面处理电源。采用锁相环技术实现了输出电流的频率跟踪控制和功率开关的零电压开关(ZVS),降低了硬开关造成的电磁干扰(EMI)和尖峰电压。实验结果证明了该控制方法的正确性及可行性。
To reduce the cost in medium and small power supply,this paper presents a power supply for surface treatment of plastic film based on Phase-shift Pulse Width Modulation(PWM),which can substitute the medium and small power supply by voltage regulating traditionally.The power supply realized output current frequency automatic trace by phase-locked loop and made switches working in zero voltage switch mode to reduce Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) and spine voltage.The experimental result proves this control strategy is correctness and feasibility.
