摘要
传统IGBT驱动电路设计中FO信号隔离采用TLP521,PS2501等低速光耦,本文探讨了使用低速光耦传输FO信号在某些条件下的缺陷及其解决方法,在此基础上介绍了光纤信号传输的基本原理及其应用在大功率IGBT驱动电路中能够取得的优越性能,设计了1200V/200A的IGBT驱动测试电路,并给出了实验波形。
The conventional fault signal of IGBT driver circuit is transmitted by low speed photocoupler,such as TLP521 or PS2501.It may cause problems in some working conditions.One of the solutions is to replace the photocoupler by optical fiber.The experiment based on 1200V/200A IGBT driver circuit has proved its superior performance in far distance transmission of PWM signals.
