知识产权政策在促进技术创新和提高经济竞争力方面,呈现出越来越重要的战略性作用。本文分析了国内外科技项目中知识产权政策的演变趋势,探讨了我国科技项目中知识产权政策的主要制度,认为这些政策在促进我国知识产权总量增加,加速科技成果转化的同时,仍存在着一些制度缺陷和漏洞,尚需进一步完善。

Intellectual property policy shows more and more impotently strategic role to accelerating technology innovation and improving economic compete. The article analysis the development trendy of intellectual property policy in science ＆ technology items discusses on the main systems in Chinese policy. The author point out that the policy still has some defect which should be perfect, though the police can help increase the quantity of Chinese intellectual property, as well as accelerate the changes of scientific and technical payoffs.
