当前,国外创业资本通过种种途径参与中国创业投资已成为一种趋势,但人们对其发展状况却很少进行系统研究。本文在概述了我国创业投资现状的基础上,剖析了外资进入我国创业投资领域的主要模式及其动因,指出了外资介入我国创业投资的优势和劣势,提出了解决相关问题的几点建议。

Currently, foreign venture capital entering into Chinese venture capital by some means has become a tendency, people have not more systemic study on it. On basis of summarizing its current actuality, the paper expounds its main pattern and incentive, points out its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forwards some advices.
