摘要
基于现有知识管理理论,以个体、群体和组织为中心,提出知识转移的因素模型。通过多家企业的问卷调查,采用结构方程(SEM)的分析方法,对该因素模型进行了验证和修订。揭示了信任、人际关系、激励、决策者态度、知识管理系统、知识吸收能力六因素及其相互间的量化关系,为企业知识管理的实施和改进提供指导。
Based on theories of knowledge management, the model of factors influencing knowledge transfer was proposed among individuals, groups and organizations. After surveying ten enterprises via questionnaires, the model was confirmed and revised by structural equation model. Six factors in the model and the quantitive relations of each other were revealed. The six factors are trust, interpersonal relations, inspiritment, attitudes of decision-maker, system of knowledge management, absorption capacity of knowledge. The results obtained in the present study can guide and improve the knowledge management of enterprises.
