摘要
人力资源经理胜任力是当前人力资源管理研究的热点问题之一。本文在文献回顾、人力资源经理工作分析和中国上市公司(A股)招聘人力资源经理广告分析的基础上,通过实证研究,构建了中国企业人力资源经理胜任力模型。
The competency model for human resource (HR) managers is one of the critical issues on human resource management to this day. On the basis of literature review, job analysis on HR managers in Chinese companies, analysis on the job advertisements of HR managers in Chinese listed companies (A Stock), the competency model for HR managers in Chinese companies was established according to the empirical study result.
