对聚氨酯(PU)弹性体氨纶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)及其上游一些原料国内市场最新动态作了介绍和浅析,指出国内氨纶需提高技术创新能力和国际竞争力;国内TPU产业应发展高端产品;并介绍PU弹性体最新技术进展和新的应用,提出了我国未来PU弹性体重点发展方向。

In this paper, polyurethane elastomer, spandex, spandex fiber and new trend in their local raw materials market were reviewed. The output capacity of span＇dex exceeded local demand and resulted in tough competition in China. Currently, technology not transiting capacity are becoming the industrial bottleneck of spanndex. Creativity and international competing power has to be improved in order to accelerate the industrial upgrade. Also in this paper, the development of TPU（thermoplastic polyurethane） were reviewed, the development direction was discussed. The amazing de velopment of polyurethane eslastomer promoted the increase of their raw materials and led to surplus supply of PTMEG and DMF. In the end of this paper, the key programs and application trend of polvurethane elastomer were summarized.
