摘要
研究了在180℃水热条件下,Zn(NO3)2.6H2O与NaOH、氢氧化四丙基铵(TPAOH)、氢氧化四甲基铵(TMAOH)3种不同OH-源在不同[OH-]/[Zn2+]比例下制备的ZnO的形貌变化。扫描(SEM)照片表明,在[OH-]/[Zn2+]为2时,采用NaOH时,ZnO主要为球形颗粒,直径为200~500nm,而采用TPAOH时为梭形,采用TMAOH时为花形;[OH-]/[Zn2+]为4时,3种OH-源的ZnO产品都为薄片状;[OH-]/[Zn2+]为8时,采用NaOH的产品为不同直径大小ZnO棒组成的辐射状球形,而采用TPAOH和TMAOH的ZnO都是由短柱状组成的花形,大小在1μm以下。
It was studied that the morphology changes of ZnO prepared from Zn(NO3)2 ·6H2O and three different OH^- sources such as sodium hydroxide, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide(TPAOH) and tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAOH) at different ratios of [OH]/[Zn^2+] under 180℃ hydrothermal conditions. The SEM images showed that when [OH]/[Zn^2+] was 2, ZnO were spheres when NaOH was used and the diameter was 200-500nm, while the ZnO were shuttles when TPAOH was used and they were flower-like when TMAOH was used; when [OH]/[Zn^2+] was 4,all ZnO were thin sheets; when [OH]/[Zn^2+] was 8, the products when NaOH used were spheres consisted of ZnO rods with different diameters, while they were flower-like ZnO smaller than 1μm consisted of short columns when TPAOH and TMAOH were used.
