介绍了西门子公司的SINUMERIK840D(简称SIN840D)数控系统的结构、原理及其特点。结合天津钢管公司轧管厂4#管坯锯的软、硬件特点,总结出了在日常生产和维护中应注意的事项,并对一些典型故障的判断、处理和调整方法等进行了详细的阐述,对该设备的日常维护具有重要的借鉴价值。
The structure,principle and characteristics of the digital control system SINUMERIK840DS(SIN 840D) from Siemens Co. are introduced. Combined with the characteristics of software and hareware of 4# saw for tube shell in Tube Rolling Plant of TPCO, the daily production and points for attention during the maintenance are summarized, and the judge, treatment and regulation of the classic trouble are discussed in detail giving useful reference for daily maintenances.
