ERP系统中设置自动转账功能由来已久,但是开发人员从计算机专业角度出发进行设计和开发,忽视了会计职能,使得自动转账子系统走入设计误区,导致ERP软件在会计信息系统和其它子系统数据传递方面出现很多弊端。文章从企业业务角度和财务角度两个方面讨论自动转账的使用、自动转账系统合理设计和有效使用的问题。

It has been for a long time that ERP system has the function of the account transfer. However, the development person ignored the accountant function during the design and development so that the subsidiary system of automatic account transfer made mistakes in design.Thus lots of defects occurred in the ERP software from the data transmission of the accountant information system and other subsidiary systems. The rational design and the efficient utilization of the automatic account transfer are discussed from the business and account.
