选用365日龄的健康罗曼商品蛋鸡480只,随机分为5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复32只。5组蛋鸡饲喂5种日粮,分别为小麦基础日粮及在此基础上分别添加0.5%、1%、2%和4%的沙棘果渣提取物形成的试验日粮,研究从沙棘果渣中提取的黄色素对鸡蛋蛋黄的着色效果、营养价值的影响。结果表明:在产蛋鸡日粮中添加沙棘果渣提取物能够极显著(P<0.01)提高蛋黄罗氏比色扇(R C F)值、蛋黄颜色的红值a*和黄值b*,并显著(P<0.05)降低蛋黄亮值L;能显著(P<0.05)降低蛋黄胆固醇含量,但各添加水平之间无明显差异;能显著(P<0.05)提高蛋黄中类胡萝卜素含量,且随着添加水平的提高,蛋黄中类胡萝卜素总量上升。沙棘果渣提取物有提高蛋鸡生产性能的趋势,对蛋重、蛋形指数、鸡蛋比重和哈夫单位无显著(P>0.05)影响。
This experiment was conducted to test the effect of hippophae rhomnoides fruit resides extraction (HRE) on egg yolk color of layer fed wheat-based diet. 480 Lohman layers at 53 weeks were allotted to five dietary treatment randomly (three replicates of 32 layers per replicate). The dietary treatments were: wheat diet (C),C+0.1%,0.2%,0.4% and 0.8% HRE, respectively. The results showed that: (1) the RCF of yolk in the trial groups increased significantly (P 〈 0.05), but the values were no more than 6. (2) with the increas of HRE from 0 to 4%, a^* increased (P 〈 0.05) and L decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05), b^* increased extremely (P 〈 0.01). (3) Yolks from the higher levels of HRE showed a proportionally higher content of total carotenoids deposition (P 〈 0.01), and the content of cholesterin decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05).
