摘要
本文在对目前我国区域自主创新进行调研的基础上,总结了提升区域自主创新能力的几种有效做法和对区域自主创新的几点认识,并提出加强区域自主创新能力的具体建议。文章认为,对不同区域、不同形式、不同产业的自主创新应分类指导,用户主导紧密型产学研合作和围绕区域共性技术需求建设创新平台是提升区域自主创新能力的重要手段。
Based on a research on the present regional independent innovation （RII） in China, this article concludes several effective methods of improving the capability of RII and some thoughts on RII, and also makes some specific suggestions on reinforcing the capability of RII. The article claims that it should provide classified guidance for different independent innovation in different regions, forms and industries. Consumer - dominant close university - industry - research cooperation and innovation platform construction which to meet with the regional common technical demand are the important means for improving the capability of RII.
