摘要
对劳动密集型的酒店来说,员工起着重要的作用,然而酒店业又普遍员工流失严重,且员工的流失会给酒店带来许多管理方面的问题。本文简单综述了心理契约的概念及心理契约的破裂与违背,指出心理契约的破裂与违背会造成酒店员工的流失,并对酒店如何运用心理契约留住员工提出了五点建议。
The employee play a very important role in modem labor-intensive hotels, along with the development of the society, the role will even be strengthened either. This article presents the concept and the breach and violation of psychological contract, points out that the latter may cause employee turnover. The author puts forward five proposals to hotel managers on keeping the employee by psychological contract.
