Steel Structure Design of Beiguo-kaiyuan Square High-rise Building

北国-开元广场由六幢塔楼及六层的裙房组成,为大底盘、多塔楼、超长、连体的多功能高层钢结构建筑群。针对该工程特点,重点讨论了对不均匀沉降的处理、超长结构的抗裂措施、多塔结构刚心及抗扭刚度的调整、连体结构的局部加强及各种钢与混凝土结构构件和钢结构构件之间的连接节点等。

The Beiguo-kaiyuan square is composed of six towers with six-floor podiums. It is a multiple high-rise steel building with multi-tower and a large extra long interlinked base. The asymmetry vibration, treatment of non-uniform settlement, control of concrete shrinkage, special measures to interlinked structure and joints between steel members and concrete members are primarily described.
