ACS/超细Sb_2O_3复合材料的形态与性能

摘要 对由原位悬浮聚合制备的丙烯腈/氯化聚乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物(ACS)/超细Sb2O3复合材料的形态结构及流变性能、力学性能及阻燃性能进行了研究。研究发现:ACS/超细Sb2O3复合材料中超细Sb2O3分散比较均匀;超细 Sb2O3的加入导致了复合材料的流动性能和冲击性能的下降,而复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能随着超细Sb2O3含量的增加而先增强后减弱,当超细Sb2O3含量为3%时,拉伸强度和拉伸模量达到最大值;复合材料的阻燃性能也由于超细Sb2O3的加入而有显著的提高。 The morphology of ACS/ultrafine Sb2O3 composite resin and the theological, mechanical/properties and fire retardancy of ACS/ultrafine Sb2O3 composites were studied. It was found that ultrafine Sb2O3 particles dispersed homogeneously in ACS resin. The melt flow rate and impact strength of the composites decreased with the increase of the amount of ultrafine Sb2O3 added. However, the extensibility and flexibility of the composites had a trend of increase-to-decline with the increase of the amount of ultrafine Sb2O3 added. When the mass percent of ultrafine Sb2O3 reached 3 %, the mechanical properties of the composites showed a peak value. In addition, the flame retardance of composites was improved as ultrafine Sb2O3 added.
