摘要
本文针对目前在编制工程量清单时普遍存在的一些问题,从招标文件的编制、合同价形式及索赔等与工程量清单的关系,阐述了工程量清单编制质量对合理控制造价的重要性。同时部分结合案例探讨了如何编制一份高质量的工程量清单的方法。
This paper is mainly focused on problems which exist widely today during the compiling of BOQ （bill of quantities）. Furthermore, it describes the importance of the quality of the compiling of BOQ in terms of relationships between the compiling of bidding documents, the form of contract price, and the claim and BOQ. In addition, it discusses some possible methods to compile high quality BOQ which are summarized from some provided case studies.
