摘要
本文介绍了用于水力机械动模试验的导叶数字控制装置,它由步进电机、步进电机控制器、步液马达、液压柜等组成。文中详细介绍了数字电路中的脉冲分配器、环形多谐振荡器的工作原理。该装置能方便地实现导叶的两段直线关闭规律,并能灵活地调节两段直线关闭规律的关闭速度和关闭时间,为在实验室研究导叶的最佳关闭规律提供了一个有效的试验手段。
Abstract The guide vane numerical control device used at the dynamic analogue experiment of the hydraulic machinary is introduced in this paper. It is consists of a step motor, a step motor controller, a step-liquid motor, a pressure tank . The working principle of the impulse distributor and the circle multiple-harmonic oscillator in the numerical circuit are introduced in detail. This device may be used at realizing the guide vane two step closing law of a straight line, and flexibly regulate the c'osing speed and time. A effective experiment device to research the optimum closing law of the guide vane in the laboratory is provided.
