摘要
本文提出了县级电网以ＳＣＡＤＡ为中枢的配电自动化系统模式，并就配电管理主站、变电站和配电网远方终端以及通信系统等方面的设计要点进行了论述。
he mode of SCADA based distribution automation (DA) system for county power network is presented in this paper, and the design of main distribution management station, substation distribution network, RTU and communication system is discussed.
