摘要
采用酸性染料比色法测定了附子理中丸中总乌头生物碱的含量．在浓度１０～３０ ｇ／ｍｌ范围内线性关系良好，加样回收率为９９．５％，ＲＳＤ为１．４３％。
This paper reported the content determination of total aconite alkaloids in FuZiLi Zhong Wan with acid-dye colorimetry. The linear lelationship is good in the range 10-30ug/ml. Recovery is 99.78% (RSD = 1.07% ).
