A plan of the integrated substation automation system is presented.The structure and the configuration of software are discussed.The method used to make the system open and inielligent is proposed and the thought of software developping platform is adopted to make softwareproduct based on the summarisation of the characteritic on latest project practice.After the performance of the network is analysesed,a measure is adopt to improve the real time ability of system as s whole.
