摘要
为确保火电厂机组安全经济地可靠运行,汽轮机转子的定寿和延寿是目前电力系统中需要亟待解决的课题。本文根据近年来的国内外研究成果,综合整理,归纳分析了涉及寿命预测研究领域的蠕变疲劳交互作用,转子剩余寿命的无损诊断技术等问题,并对其研究的基本状况和发展趋势做出了基本的评价。
To make power plant units operate safely and ecnomically, life determination and life extention of turbine rotor are important topics that need to be solved instantly in power system. On the basis of recent research achievements rrom home and abroad, the paper systematically analyses creep fatigue interaction, nondestructive diagnosis of rotor remnant life, etc. Basic situation and, developing tendency of those research are evaluated. Furthermore, the research direction of the problems is presented.
