摘要
根据凸轮传动系统的工作状态及特性,运用弹性流体动力润滑理论对其进行分析,综合得出了凸轮油膜厚度的统一计算式;分析计算凸轮运行过程中轮廓各点的油膜厚度,得出了凸轮参数变化对油膜厚度的影响规律,为凸轮设计及润滑分析提供理论依据。
Based on operation state and characteristic of the cam driving system, the surface lubrication is analyzed with theory of elastic hydrodynamic lubrication. United equation is synthesized to calculate oil film thickness of cam. Oil film thickness of different point on the cam outline is calculated. The relation between oil film thickness and cam parameters is obtained. The theory basic is provided for the design and lubrication analysis of cam.
