摘要 通过冰界面均匀退却模型(URIF模型)的研究,建立了二维状态下的质热传递模型,可得到冻干过程所需的能量、某一时刻物料的温度分布以及干燥所需时间;并通过试验得出7mm厚的胡萝卜冻干时间为500min,计算结果为523min。 Using the Uniformly Retreating lee Front Model to establish the two dimensions heat mass transfer model. It can be used to calculate the energy that be expended and the temperature of the material during the freeze drying process, and can calculate the time of drying also. The time of freeze-drying is 500min for experiments with the thickness 7mm, and it is 523min by calculated.
