摘要
在分析油井管服役条件和失效模式的基础上,指出油井管的根本问题是钢级和螺纹连接问题;分别评述了油井管钢级和螺纹连接的发展动向;讨论了高强度油井管的强韧性匹配,膨胀管技术,连续管技术以及抗CO2腐蚀油井管等热点问题。
Based on the analysis concerning the service conditions and failure types of O.C.T.G., it is put forward that the most critical issues relating to this category of oil pipes are steel grade and thread connection. The development trend of steel grade and thread connection of O.C.T.G. are discussed. Also discussed in the article are such topics of general interest as the strength-toughness mating of the hi-strength oil well pipe, the technologies of expandable pipe and continuous pipe as well as the anti-CO2 corrosion pipe etc.
