癌基因蛋白C-erbB-2在肺腺癌中过度表达的意义

Clinical Significance of Expression of C-erbB-2 Oncogene in Lung Adenocarcinoma

目的:探讨C-erbB-2蛋白过度表达在肺腺癌中的临床意义。方法:用免疫组化法检测52例肺腺癌中C-erbB-2蛋白的过度表达,并与其他预后指标进行比较。结果:C-erbB-2蛋白总阳性率为53．8％(28／52),其过度表达与肺腺癌的淋巴结转移及临床分期显著相关,与肿瘤大小无相关性。结论:C-erbB-2蛋白过度表达提示肺腺癌患者预后不良。

Objective： To explore the clinical significance of overexpression of C-erbB-2 oncogene in lung adenocareinoma. Methods： The expression of C-erbB-2 of 52 cases with lung adenocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and were compared with other prognosic markers. Results： The positive rate of C-erbB-2 was 53.8% （28/52）. The overexpression of C-erbB-2 was correlated colsely with the lymph node metastasis and clinical staging, but had no relationship with the size of tumor. Conclusion： The overexpression of C-erbB-2 can suggest poor prognosis of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma.
