摘要
在不同的壳聚糖浓度、pH和温度条件下,采用分光光度法测得吸附后染料的浓度,得到了壳聚糖对染料的最佳吸附条件,结果为:壳聚糖的投入量在红3B为2%,兰2BG和黄3GE为3%时,pH8.4在碱性范围内,温度为50℃效果最佳。其结果将为壳聚糖在印染废水处理提供一定的理论基础。
Under the conditions of different chitosan concentrations, pH and temperatures, adopt the spectrophotometry to measure the concentrations of the absorbed dyes, get the best adsorption conditions of dyes, that is, the dosage of the chitosan is within the range of 2% red 3B, 3% blue 2BG and yellow 3GE respectively, pH 8.4 in the range of alkaline, and the optimum temperature of 50℃. The result provides some theoretical foundation for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment by chitosan.
