开发区“飞地经济”发展模式研究

A Research on "Enclave Economy" Development Pattern of Development Zone

“飞地经济”是我国开发区规模扩张中的新模式。本文探讨了“飞地经济”发展模式的概念,从理论上分析了其存在的原因、归纳出“飞地经济”发展模式的主要特征,总结了开发区“飞地经济”发展模式的三种实现形式,并深刻分析了“飞地经济”发展模式在我国经济发展中具有的重大意义。

＂Enclave Economy＂ is a new pattern in the scale expansion of our country＇s development zone. In the article, we discussed and analyzed three aspects of this issue, namely, 1） the conception of this development pattern, 2） the reasons of its existence theoretically, and 3） its main characteristics. Therefore, we summarized three practical ways to realize this kind of development for the development zone. At last, this article deeply analyzed the critical significance of ＂Enclave Economy＂ development pattern in our country＇ s economic development.
