摘要
与其它机械采油方式相比,螺杆泵采油系统的突出特点是系统效率较高,对其进行研究意义重大。根据螺杆泵井各个部分运动特点及能量损失情况,建立了螺杆泵井系统效率分析模型。该模型在二连油田的应用表明,影响二连螺杆泵井系统效率的主要因素为抽汲参数偏小、供排不协调以及电动机配置过大等。针对该情况对不同的螺杆泵井提出了具体提高系统效率的措施,使得二连油田螺杆泵井的管理水平上了一个台阶。应用结果表明了该模型的有效性和准确性,对提高其他油田螺杆泵井系统效率具有一定的指导意义。
Compared with other mechanical oil production model,the obvious characteristics of screw pump are higher system efficiency.According to the energy loss of every part of screw pump well,established system efficiency analysis model for the well.Applied this model to Erlian oil field shows that the main factors to effect system efficiency of Erlian screw pump well are small pumping parameters,mismatch of supplying and producing and excessive electric motor configuration.For this,proposed corresponding measurements to effectively and accurately improve system efficiency of screw pump wells,it is also useful for other oil field.
