高温热塑充填技术对后牙弯曲根管根尖封闭能力的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价和比较冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术和高温热塑充填技术对后牙弯曲细小根管根尖孔的封闭能力。方法 选取32个工作长度为8~10mm的新鲜离体后牙弯曲根管作为研究对象,16个采用冷牙胶侧方加压技术进行充填,16个采用高温热塑充填技术(ObturaⅡ)。设阳性与阴性对照,采用染色法比较根尖封闭能力。结果 两种充填技术根尖微渗漏差异有统计学意义,ObturaⅡ组明显低于冷侧压组(P〈0.05)。结论 高温热塑充填技术对后牙弯曲根管具有良好的根尖封闭效果。 Objective To evaluate and compare the seal ability of root fillings following extracted human teeth using cold lateral condensation of gutta-percha or high-temperature thermoplasticized gutta-percha in vitro. Methods Thirty-two freshly extracted human mature curved canals of posterior teeth were obturated with cold lateral condensation (group 1 ) or high-temperature thermoplasticized gutta percha (group 2). The microleakage was determined by stained technique with India ink. Results The results showed that there was significant difference between groups 1 and 2 in mean depths of microleakage in root canals ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion High-temperature thermoplastieized gutta-percha has excellent sealing ability on obturating root canal, so it is more suitable for clinical adaption than cold lateral condensation.
