摘要 目的应用新型声学造影剂SonoVue观察兔转移性VX2肝癌的血流灌注情况。方法10只肝内接种VX2肿瘤的实验兔经耳缘静脉团注法注射声学造影剂SonoVue后,行低机械指数实时超声造影,观察各时相肿瘤及周围正常肝组织的动态造影增强表现。结果造影前常规超声检出肿块12个,在其所有造影过程中,肝肿瘤及肝实质内造影剂随时间呈动态增强,VX2肿瘤强化呈“快进快出”型,早期动脉相快速增强,观察到三种增强类型:整体增强,不均匀性增强,周边部环状增强;静脉相与延迟相肿瘤结节内造影剂迅速廓清,均无造影增强,与周围增强的正常肝组织相比,表现为负性显影。结论SonoVue实时超声造影可有效评价兔VX2肝癌的血流灌注,为临床应用提供了实验依据;动脉期的观察是超声造影的关键,对肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。 Objective To assess perfusion of hepatic VX2 carcinoma using a new contrast agent of SonoVue. Methods An animal model was studied in vivo using low mechanical index (MI) in conjunetion with sing level dynamic contrast enhanced sonography. SonoVue was applied in ten VX2-bearing rabbits by intravenous bolus injection. Resuits Real-time contrast-enhanced imaging showed a dynamic enhancement of the turnors and liver parenchyma during the whole phase All tumors showed byperecboic enhancement during early artery pbase ,and there were three patterns: whole enhance, heterogeneous entrancement, peripheral enhancement while bypoechoic enhancement appeared during the late phase. After the arterial phase, the echogenicity of the surrounding liver tissue increased and the intensity of the nodule decreased gradually. Contrast agent was washed out earlier from tumor than from surrounding liver parencbyma. Conclusion Real-time contrast-enhanced ultraonograpby is useful for perfusion of hepatic VX2 carcinoma by injected SonoVue, it can provide experimental basis for clinical practice, especially in arterial phase.
