华东地区氯碱行业现状及发展情况分析

Analysis on the present situation and developing circumstances of the chlor-alkali industry in the east of China

对华东地区的氯碱生产状况与发展形势进行了分析。作者认为:氯碱工业是重要的基本化工原料工业,也是高耗能工业,华东地区正处于经济结构调整和发展的关键时期,氯碱生产规模必须与区域内相关产业的发展相协调。企业的投资决策一定要遵循科学发展的要求,重视可行性研究分析,不应出现一哄而上的局面。一些规划建设氯碱项目的企业应该认真进行竞争力分析,慎重决策。

The chlor-alkali production situation and developing circumstances in the east of China is analyzed. In the author＇s opinion, chlor- alkali industry is not only an important basic chemical raw material industry, but also a high energy-consumption industry, the chlor- alkali production scale must be coordinated with the development of the local related industry just at the key time when the local economy is being structurally regulated and developing. Enterprises＇ investment strategy must conform to the requirement of scientific development, stressing feasibility study and analysis, the situation that many enterprises build chlor- alkali plant in a headlong rush must be avoided. The enterprises that is planning to build chlor-alkali plants should carefully analyze the competitive power and make a decision with cautions.
